Elevate any table spread with this Baked Feta with Tomatoes and Mixed Berries Appetizer! This dish brings together the creaminess of feta cheese, the tangy flavor of tomatoes, and the vibrant sweetness of mixed California Giant berries for a very simple, yet delicious starter!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 7 (oz) block of feta
  • 1 cup mixed California Giant strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • *Serve with crudités and bread

DIRECTIONS

      • Into a medium size baking dish, place the feta in the middle and spread the tomatoes and berries around the feta.
      • Drizzle the honey and olive oil on top of the feta and the berries/tomatoes. Sprinkle with chili flakes and sea salt and add the rosemary on top of the feta. 
      • Bake in the oven at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes and berries have softened and released their juices.
      • Serve with cruises and bread.
