Berries bring loads of antioxidants into this Berry Detox Smoothie, making this a great way to start your day. Ginger, spinach and pomegranate aid the blueberries in detoxing and fueling the body!

Berry Detox Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen California Giant mixed berries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 2 T flax seed
  • 2 T pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS

      • Combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth. Sometimes you need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides to make sure all ingredients are incorporated well.
      • Pour into 16 oz cups and top with flax seeds and pomegranate seeds.
      • Drink with a straw or eat with a spoon.
