These Blackberry Fruit Leathers are made with fresh blackberries and minimal ingredients, making them a healthier alternative to the pre-made fruit leathers sold at the grocery store.

Blackberry Fruit Leather


  • 2 cups Cal Giant blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Half a squeezed lemon


      • Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
      • In a prepared sheet pan lined with parchment paper, pour mixture in and smooth with a rubber spatula. Cook for 3-5 hours, until fruit mixture is no longer sticky.
      • Cut into strips and snack on your fruit leather all week long!
