The Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie is a creamy and refreshing blend of vanilla coconut yogurt, blueberries, frozen banana, and milk, topped with a rich blueberry sauce. Finished with extra yogurt, fresh blueberries, and granola, this smoothie offers a delicious, dessert-like twist on a classic smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1/2 cup any milk
  • 1/2 - 1 frozen banana
  • Handful granola
  • *extra blueberries reserved for blueberry sauce & topping

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by making the blueberry sauce by adding the extra blueberries and a splash of water into a blender. Blend until mixed. Set aside.
      • Make the smoothie by adding the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
      • Pour the blueberry sauce into your glass, line the glass with the yogurt and pour the smoothie inside. Top with a dollop of yogurt and blueberries. Enjoy!
