Blueberry Hummus

Blueberry-Hummus-1-1-1

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup California Giant Blueberries 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 tbsp tahini 
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 large lemon
  • Splash of water
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
