Blueberry Spiced Jam

Use this spiced jam on your next cheese board or spread it on toast for an elevated and unique flavor. Lemon, cinnamon and nutmeg add dimension to the blueberry flavor in this jam.

Blueberry Spiced Jam


  • 3 pounds California Giant blueberries
  • 6 tablespoons low sugar pectin
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3-4 cups xylitol (natural sugar)


      • Mash California Giant Blueberries in a pot and add pectin, cinnamon and nutmeg.
      • Bring to a boil flash about 220° stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
      • Reduce heat and stir while adding sugar.
      • Bring to slow boil until berries stick to spoon.
      • Fill jars leaving ¼" space at the top of jar. Use a conventional pot or pressure cooker to seal jars.
