Chocolate and Raspberry Fudge Bites

These rich, tart bites are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup California Giant Berries Raspberries, mashed
  • 4 tbsp of coconut milk, the thick portion on top
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Extra cacao powder and crushed freeze dried raspberries

DIRECTIONS

      • Melt the chocolate. Once melted, stir in the rest of the ingredients until combined. Let the melted chocolate mixture firm up in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the texture is firm enough to roll into balls. Check on them, so the balls don’t harden too much. You can leave them out to warm to room temp if that happens.
      • Roll the balls into small bite size pieces. Roll into extra cacao powder and crushed freeze dried raspberries. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
