This Chocolate Berry Dessert Bark is a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat made with layers of dark chocolate, peanut butter, and rice crackers, topped with juicy blueberries, raspberries, pistachios, and yogurt pretzels. Perfectly snackable and freezer-friendly, it’s an easy no-bake dessert that hits all the cravings in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 thin rice crackers, or 5 large ones
  • 5 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 5-6 tbsp peanut butter (or more!)
  • 1/3 cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1/3 cup California Giant raspberries, roughly chopped
  • Handful of chopped pistachios, or any nuts
  • Handful of yogurt pretzeled, chopped

DIRECTIONS

      • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and crumble the rice cakes over the top.
      • Drizzle the melted dark chocolate and then the peanut butter evenly so that it coats the rice crackers.
      • Top with the berries, pistachios and pretzels.
      • Pop into the freezer to set for 1 hour.
      • Once ready, break the bark into smaller pieces and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
