Perfect for an afternoon snack, a make-ahead breakfast, or a post-workout treat – you can enjoy these Chocolate Blueberry Peanut Butter Bars any time!

INGREDIENTS

    For the Filling:

  • 1⅓ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple
  • ⅓ cup California Giant blueberries
  • For the Topping:
  • 6 oz dark chocolate bar, melted
  • ⅓ cup California Giant blueberries
  • sea salt

DIRECTIONS

      • Mix all the filling ingredients into a bowl, careful not to break the blueberries. Spread the mixture into a parchment paper lined 9x9 inch pan. Pour the melted dark chocolate on top of the bar
      • Now sprinkle the remaining blueberries and sea salt across the top of the melted chocolate. Pop in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Once set, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
