Enjoy a sweet twist on quesadillas with these kid-friendly Cinnamon Sugar Berry Quesadillas. Peanut butter compliments the tart sliced berries inside the tortilla while also providing added protein.

Cinnamon Sugar Berry Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 whole grain flour tortillas
  • your favorite peanut or almond butter
  • About ½-1 cup of sliced California Giant berries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar + 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon mixed together

DIRECTIONS

      • Place the 2 tortillas flat on a cutting board.
      • Spread peanut butter on the side facing up of each tortilla.
      • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
      • Shingle out the sliced berries on top of the peanut butter on one tortilla.
      • Place the other tortilla, peanut butter side down, on top of the berries.
      • Cut into quarters and then place in a ziploc bag or airtight container.
