Classic Berry Jam

Easy to make and delicious, this classic berry refrigerator jam is a quick way to make a flavorful topping for toast, sandwiches, dipping and more!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups mixed California Giant berries - strawberries, blackberry, blueberries, raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Splash of water

DIRECTIONS

      • On medium-high heat, stir the berries with the honey for about 5 minutes. Smash the berries with a fork while it melts down.
      • Once the berries have cooled down, remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds. Let the chia seeds absorb and plump up.
      • Once the jam has cooled, pour into a mason jar and pop in the fridge. You can use this jam on anything you’d like!
