Delicious flavors from fresh California Giant raspberries and strawberries, Medjool dates, and honey make this Double Chocolate Raspberry-Strawberry Quinoa Morning Bowl one of the sweetest breakfasts yet!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup California Giant raspberries
  • ¼ cup California Giant strawberries
  • ½ banana, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple or honey, optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Top with:

  • A sprinkle of chocolate chips, chopped chocolate or cacao nibs
  • Extra California Giant berries

DIRECTIONS

      • Rinse and drain the quinoa. Add the quinoa with all the other ingredients into a saucepan, and cook on medium-low heat until the quinoa has absorbed all the liquid, about 15 minutes.
      • Pour into a bowl and top with extra berries, yogurt and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
