Easy Berry Brownie Cake

This Berry Brownie Cake is beautiful, delicious, and the easiest dessert to whip up in a pinch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb California Giant strawberries
  • 6 oz California Giant blackberries
  • 6 oz California Giant blueberries
  • Box of brownie mix

    • For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅛ cup butter, softened
  • Dash of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

      • Prepare brownies in an 8”x8” baking dish and let cool.
      • Prepare frosting by combining all ingredients and beat until smooth.
      • Frost brownies and top with all berries.
