Strawberries bring their beautiful color and natural sweetness to this Fresh Herb Berry Cocktail.

Fresh Herb Berry Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 California Giant strawberries, stems removed and halved
  • 2 oz lemon vodka
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • ¼ cup champagne

DIRECTIONS

      • In a shaker, muddle all ingredients VERY WELL except for champagne
      • Add ice and shake
      • Strain over ice and top with ½ cup champagne
