Fresh Salad with Grilled Strawberries and Celery, Berries, Burrata with a Citrus Vinaigrette

A fresh new year’s salad topped with strawberries, celery, berries, and burrata with a citrus vinaigrette.


    For the Salad:

  • 4 sticks of Dandy Celery, divided
  • 4 California Giant strawberries, cut in half
  • Handful of California Giant blackberries
  • California Giant blueberries
  • California Giant raspberries
  • 1 medium burrata ball, cut in half
  • 3 cups arugula
  • Handful of hemp seeds
  • For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cup olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt


      • Using a grill pan or on the grill, cook 1/2 of the celery sticks and the strawberries until soft with grill marks on either side.
      • While it grills, mix all the dressing ingredients in a jar.
      • Now cut the grilled and raw celery sticks on an angle into ¼” pieces. Toss all the salad ingredients into a mixing bowl along with the salad dressing. Mix well. Plate and enjoy!
