Who said workout recovery couldn’t be delicious? Not us! Make this fantastic pineapple blueberry smoothie, and start feeling great.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup California Giant blueberries
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • 1½ cups coconut water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
  • ½-1 teaspoon spirulina powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
