Embark on a culinary journey with our Mexican Chicken Salad Wrap featuring a delectable Creamy Avocado and Mixed Berry Sauce. Bursting with vibrant colors, bold flavors, and wholesome ingredients, this Mexican Chicken Salad Wrap is full of tastes that promise to tantalize your palate.


    For the Wrap:

  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 3/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken
  • Handful of mix of California Giant Berries - blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, diced
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • For the Sauce:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup mix of California Giant Berries - blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2-1 lemon
  • Sea salt


      • Start by adding all the wrap ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together. Set aside while you make the sauce.
      • Add all the sauce ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy. Pour the cream sauce into the salad ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
      • To assemble the wrap, add a generous helping of the chicken salad into the middle of the wrap. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and sea salt, wrap like a burrito and enjoy!
