Craving a delicious and nutritious dessert? Look no further than these Mixed Berry High Protein Chia Pudding Cups! Packed with protein and fiber, this recipe is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth. The base is a creamy chia pudding made with your choice of milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and your favorite nut butter. Bursting with flavor, mashed raspberries, blackberries, and diced strawberries add a delightful burst of mixed berries.


    For the Chia Pudding:

  • 1/2 cup any milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 California Giant Raspberries, mashed
  • 1/4 cup California Giant Blackberries, mashed
  • 2 California Giant Strawberries, diced
  • Top with melted chocolate and chopped nuts


      • Start by making the chia pudding - mix all the ingredients together in a serving cup, similar to a mason jar size. Come back ten minutes later and mix again. Pop in the fridge to set for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
      • After the chia pudding has set, pour the melted chocolate on top with a pinch of sea salt and chopped nuts. Pop back in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
