Elevate your plate of fresh greens in just five minutes with this Mixed Berry Vinaigrette. Bursting with the sweet goodness from California Giant strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, this vinaigrette will liven up any salad!


  • ½ cup quartered California Giant strawberries
  • ½ cup California Giant raspberries
  • ½ cup California Giant blueberries
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard


      • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste test before adding more sugar or splash of vinegar.
      • Strain blended mixture through mesh sieve to remove berry seeds (optional).
      • Store in jar with lid and use within 5 days (shake before use as ingredients will separate).
