Mozzarella Stuffed Strawberries with Honey and Candied Pistachios

These mozzarella, honey and candied pistachio stuffed strawberries will take your taste buds on an adventure of flavor, color, and texture!


    For the Candied Nuts:

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Additional Ingredients:

  • 10 large/medium size California Giant strawberries
  • 10 small mozzarella balls


      • Cut the green top off the strawberries and use a small spoon or knife to cut a small portion out from inside the top of the strawberry to create the hole where you will stuff with the mozzarella ball. Stuff the strawberry with the mozzarella ball.
      • To make the candied pistachios, preheat the oven to 350F. On a parchment paper lined baking tray, add the pistachios and top with the honey, olive oil and pinch of sea salt. Mix well and pop into the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes.
      • Wait until the pistachios have cooled and then add them on top of the mozzarella balls. Serve on a platter or charcuterie board. Enjoy!
