Medjool dates and pecans create a crunchy and sweet crust for these no bake tarts. Top with raspberries and strawberries for an added pop of color.

No Bake Berry Tarts


  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 cup California Giant strawberries
  • 1 cup California Giant raspberries
  • Honey and lemon zest to garnish


      • Grind all tart crust ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a sticky paste. Using your hands, press mixture into your mini tart pans.
      • Add a large dollop of yogurt into the mini tart pans, and then assemble your berry garnishes, lemon zest, and drizzle honey or agave nectar as desired. Top with fresh herbs or flowers from your garden!
