These No Bake Chocolate Chip Strawberry Brownies with a Chocolate Glaze are rich in flavor and the perfect after-dinner treat!

INGREDIENTS

    For the Brownie Mix:

  • 15 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 5 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted
  • ⅓ cup California Giant Strawberries, halved
  • Sea salt

    • For the Chocolate Glaze:

  • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted

DIRECTIONS

      • Add the nuts into a food processor and blend until crumbly. Then add in the dates, melted chocolate and strawberries. Blend until creamy.
      • Take the batter and press into a lined baking pan - keeping the brownies about 3/4” thick. Pop into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
      • Remove the brownies from the fridge and drizzle with the melted dark chocolate. Once set, cut into squares.
