Delicious for breakfast or a snack, add this Peanut Butter Berry Parfait to your menu!

INGREDIENTS

    For the Date Mixture:

  • ½ cup almonds or pecans
  • ½ cup pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon good vanilla extract

    • Layer With:

  • California Giant strawberries
  • Your favorite peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

      • In a food processor, combine ingredients for the date mixture. Pulse until mixture is crumbly. Refrigerate until ready to use.
      • In a mason jar, assemble by layering the date mixture, peanut butter and berries. Repeat until full. Enjoy!
