A post-workout smoothie to re-energize your mornings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup California Giant raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Small handful fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax powder
  • Handful spinach, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
