Pumpkin-Spiced Strawberry Frappuccino


    For the Frappuccino:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 ounces espresso
  • 2 cup California Giant strawberries, frozen
  • 1½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • For the Cinnamon Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  • For the Frappuccino:

    In a blender, blend all frappuccino ingredients together until smooth.
  • For the Cinnamon Whipped Cream:

      • Whisk cream, sugar, and cinnamon until stiff peaks form, chill in refrigerator.
      • Top frappuccino with the whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!
