Raspberries are a great source of vitamin C in these bite-sized energy balls. Take them as an on-the-go snack or a make-ahead breakfast.

Raspberry-Cacao Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup California Giant Raspberries

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the dates have broken down and everything mixes into one large ball. Then roll the ‘dough’ into smaller bite size balls and continue until you’ve run out of the mixture. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
