Smoked Fish Tacos with Berry Celery Salsa

Smoky fish tacos refreshed with a berry celery salsa.


    For the Tacos:

  • 4 tortillas
  • 4 ounce package of hard-smoked salmon or white fish
  • 1 avocado, cut into thin strips
  • For the Salsa:

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup California Giant bllueberries, cut in fourths
  • ⅓ cup California Giant strawberries, diced
  • ½ stick celery, diced
  • ½ carrot, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or vegan sour cream
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • sea salt


      • To make the salsa, mix all the ingredients into a bowl until well combined.
      • To assemble the tacos, start by warming the tortillas on the stove top on both sides. Then add in a few slices of avocado, the smoked fish and a generous spoonful of the salsa. Enjoy!
