Strawberry Caprese Salad

Enjoy a unique twist on a classic salad with the addition of sweet, ruby red California Giant strawberries.


  • 8 California Giant strawberries
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella pearls
  • 1 handful of Arugula (or basil)
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper


      • Gently rinse strawberries and slice into quarters.
      • In a serving bowl, combine strawberries, mozzarella pearls, and arugula.
      • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
