Strawberry Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Add a pop of color and sweetness to your next batch of easy homemade candy with fresh strawberries from California Giant Berry Farms.


  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 16 California Giant strawberries, diced
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter
  • NEED: silicone mini cupcake pan (or other small silicone mold no more than 1 inch deep)


      • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips for 1 ½ minutes, or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
      • Spoon a small amount of melted dark chocolate into each little mold, just to cover the bottom.
      • Spoon ½ tsp peanut butter and a small amount of diced strawberries into each mold.
      • Pour the remaining melted dark chocolate over each in order to fill the mold.
      • Freeze until set, remove from molds, and store in refrigerator.
