4 ounces silver tequila
2 oz ginger shrubs
1/4 cup fresh hibiscus syrup
Juice of one lime
1 cup sliced California Giant strawberries
Splash of club soda
1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
1-2 fresh hibiscus flower for garnish
Add dried hibiscus flower over stove top with 1/2 cup water and let it come to a boil. Strain the dried hibiscus syrup into a bowl and let sit.
Add juice of one lime, ginger shrubs, hibiscus syrup, silver tequila and fresh Cal Giant strawberries into your cocktail shaker and shake ingredients well.
Add ice to your glasses and pour mixture evenly into both, and top with a splash of club soda.
Top with a fresh or leftover dried hibiscus flower!
