INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut or brown sugar
  • 1½ - 2 cups almond flour, depending on how doughy you like it
  • ¾ cup California Giant strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles
  • Top with:

  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Extra sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by mixing all the ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl, except for the strawberries.
      • Once combined, gently fold in the strawberries. If the dough is too wet, add more almond flour. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
      • When they’re ready, dip the balls into the chocolate and place them on a cooling rack. Sprinkle with the sprinkles immediately before hardening. Repeat until all the balls are coated and sprinkled.
      • Pop in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
      • Enjoy and store in the fridge or freezer.
