Healthy, Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream


  • 4 cups frozen California Giant strawberries
  • juice from half a lemon
  • generous squeeze of honey, to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt


      • In a food processor, process strawberries, lemon juice, honey and Greek yogurt for about five minutes, until creamy and thick.
      • Transfer to a metal loaf pan and freeze for one hour, or enjoy right away!
