Summer Chia Pudding and Smoothie Parfait

Enjoy a sweet start to your morning with this chia pudding packed with nutrients and flavor from fresh blackberries and raspberries.

INGREDIENTS

    For the Chia Pudding:

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 3 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup California Giant blackberries
  • ½ cup California Giant raspberries
  • For the Smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup California Giant strawberries
  • ½ cup California Giant raspberries
  • Small handful mint leaves
  • Small handful basil leaves
  • ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • For the Topping:

  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh herbs
  • Nut butter

DIRECTIONS

      • To make the chia pudding, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pop in the fridge to set overnight or for at least 4 hours.
      • When it is ready to serve, make the smoothie by adding all the ingredients into the blender. Pour the chia pudding into a glass, then pour the smoothie on top, and top with whatever you’d like. Enjoy!
