This Summertime Spicy Berry Pico De Gallo is packed with bright berry flavors that are combined with spicy serrano pepper for this fresh pico de gallo style salsa.

Spicy Berry Pico De Gallo


  • 1 cup California Giant strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup California Giant raspberries
  • 1 cup California Giant blackberries
  • 1 cup California Giant blueberries, halved
  • 1 serrano pepper, minced
  • ½ cup red onion, minced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 fresh lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 fresh lime juiced and zested
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste


      • Prepare and combine the first 10 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
      • Salt and pepper to taste.
      • Chill for a minimum of 1 hour.
      • Stir and serve as you would any salsa.
      • Additional notes: This also makes a great condiment for fish and pork dishes and a quick topping to brighten up a salad. Will keep in a refrigerator for up to 7 days.
