Sweet Berry Pizza

A tasty dessert pizza filled with berry goodness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-made whole wheat pizza crust
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural strawberry jam
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups sliced California Giant strawberries
  • ¾ cup California Giant blueberries
  • ¾ cup California Giant blackberries

DIRECTIONS

      • Heat gas BBQ, center burner on low, outside burners on high.
      • Roll pizza dough into a round, using some flour to coat. Spray grill with non-stick spray. Place pizza dough in center of grill, and spray with non-stick spray. Flip dough to grill other side.
      • Spread pizza dough with strawberry fruit spread. Next spoon cream cheese and ricotta cheese (mixed with egg and drop of vanilla) onto pizza. Spread chocolate chips over cheese mixture. Close grill until cheese and chocolate are melted. Lightly sprinkle lavender on pizza, then finish with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
      • Drizzle with honey if desired.
