Watermelon Blackberry Martini

Refresh your palette with a crisp cocktail that is sure to make you smile! This Watermelon Blackberry Martini offers the class and simplicity of a traditional martini, with a delicious twist – provided by fresh watermelon and sweet and tart blackberries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ ounces watermelon juice (made from approximately 1 cup of watermelon blended and strained)
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • ½ cup California Giant blackberries
  • ½ cup California Giant raspberries
  • 1 lemon wedge

DIRECTIONS

      • Muddle berries and add to martini glass.
      • Mix the other ingredients, shake with ice and pour over the muddled berries.
