Flavors of currant, dill, and dijon complement the bright blueberry flavor in these Blueberry Tuna Salad Wraps.
2 soft tortillas
2 (5oz) can tuna in olive oil
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ currants or raisins
⅓ cup California Giant blueberries
¼ cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
3 leaves of butter lettuce per tortilla
Start by mixing all the ingredients together except for the tortillas and butter lettuce. Mix until the tuna salad is creamy. Lay the tortillas flat and place the butter lettuce leaves on top. Evenly distribute the tuna salad between the two tortillas. Wrap and enjoy!
