The Tuna-Strawberry Nori Wrap Pack deliciously combines savory AND sweet! This unique fusion of flavors is folded into a neat pack and cut into triangles for easy snacking. It’s a light and nutritious meal, perfect for sushi lovers or anyone looking for a creative twist on a wrap!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sheet of nori
  • 1/2 cup rice, divided
  • 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 can (12oz) tuna in olive oil
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • Squeeze of sriracha sauce, optional
  • 5 slices of California Giant strawberries
  • 1/3 avocado, thinly sliced
  • Sea salt

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by laying the nori on top of plastic wrap. Add half of the rice to the center of the nori in a square shape - leave enough room around the edges of the nori to fold - at least 1 inch.
      • Mix the tuna, yogurt and sriracha in a bowl together. Add this on top of the rice.
      • Then layer on the cucumber, strawberries, and avocado slices.
      • Top with the leftover rice.
      • Now fold the nori together, starting from one of the four ends meeting in the middle. Then fold the opposite end, meeting in the middle, and fold the remaining two ends into the middle. Wrap and secure the nori pack in plastic wrap. Cut in half at an angle (so it appears to be two triangles) and enjoy!
