Mixed Berry Smoothies
1½ cups California Giant Berries
1-2 handfuls of spinach or chopped kale leaves
3 ounces plain, unsweetened yogurt
½ cup fruit juice or milk
juice of ½ lemon or orange
1 teaspoon of honey, maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
In the order listed, place ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on auto smoothie setting or pulse a few times, then blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
